Text Message Terms

Kingdom of Networks Inc.

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

How Kingdom of Networks Inc. uses text messages, what a member is agreeing to, and how to stop them at any time.

These terms apply to text (SMS) messages sent by Kingdom of Networks Inc. to members and to the emergency contacts a member has named. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy.

What We Send

Text messages from Kingdom of Networks are about a member’s own account and safety. They include:

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send text messages on behalf of anyone else.

Consent

A member gives a mobile number, and names the contacts to be reached in an emergency, inside their own account. Giving a number is how consent is given. It is not a condition of membership, and no purchase is required. A member may add, change or remove any number at any time.

Before naming another person as an emergency contact, a member confirms that the person agrees to be contacted in an emergency on their behalf.

How to Stop Messages

Reply STOP to any message from us and that number receives no further texts. A single confirmation will be sent, and nothing after it. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for our contact details. A number may also be removed from the account at any time.

Stopping text messages does not close a membership and does not stop alerts reaching a phone through the Kingdom’s own apps.

Frequency, Rates and Carriers

Message frequency varies with the member’s own activity; most members receive messages only when something happens. Message and data rates may apply, set by the member’s own mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery cannot be guaranteed, which is why the Kingdom also alerts phones through its apps rather than relying on text messages alone.

Mobile Information Is Never Sold or Shared

Mobile information, including a mobile number and any consent to receive text messages, is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are passed only to the telecommunications providers that carry our messages, solely so the message can be delivered.

Supported Carriers and Regions

Messages are sent in Canada and the United States, and to other countries where a member has given an international number and delivery is permitted.
