This car
This phone rides in the car (or an old phone stays in it, plugged in). ARM when you park: if the car moves while armed, the Kingdom is told. Driving, set your own limit and the wall sees when you are over it.

A tracker in the car
A small tracker that stays with the car and never runs out will join the Kingdom the same way this phone does. Planned.
