Put the Kingdom on your Home Screen
In Safari tap the share button (the square with the arrow), then Add to Home Screen. Open the Kingdom from that icon from now on — it keeps its permissions and opens straight in.

Tell Safari the answer is always yes
Phone Settings → Apps → Safari → Location, find kingdomofnetworks.com and set it to Allow. Then Safari stops asking.

What only an App Store app can do
Watching from a pocket with the screen off ("Always Allow") is something Apple gives only to installed apps. That is the native Big Brother app, a step for later; everything above works today.
